“Join us on this deep stretching & restoring session. Resetting the body & mind with slow, intentional asanas in the yin yoga tradition. Yin yoga is a passive practice, where we relax the muscles to stretch the fascia, ligaments, and tendons. We'll be getting into the hips, spine, and shoulders, ‘sinking in’ to poses for 3-5 minutes, with mindful breathing and guided meditation throughout.”
