“Pilates+ will shake up your pilates mat work with variations to challenge your body & mind. Using pilates-inspired movements throughout, this class will serve to enhance your regular practice by focusing not only on strength, but coordinating your physical and mental awareness of how your body moves. While not necessarily a traditional pilates class, Pilates+ will leave you feeling strong, flexible and balanced and might incorporate some barre or yoga inspired exercises.”
