Developed by Joseph Pilates, this low-impact body conditioning practice focuses on strength, stability, and precision. Pilates exercises emphasize utilizing a strong core to promote efficient and graceful movement. Throughout our session, we will move from mat-work to performing on Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Tower.
This practice is excellent for those rehabilitating injuries and has also gained popularity amongst athletes looking to cross-train.
